For the purpose of providing instruction in the designated trades (Fitter, Welder, Electrician, Machinist, Painter, Carpenter, Turner, PASAA, etc.) at South Western Railway divisions, workshops, and units in Hubli, the RRC SWR Apprentice Notification has been released. The training for an apprenticeship will last one year for eligible individuals. South Western Railway has 904 open apprentice positions across its Hubli Division, Carriage Repair Workshop in Hubli, Bengaluru Division, Mysuru Division, and Central Workshop in Mysuru. The RRC SWR Online Apprentice Application must be submitted by prospective candidates using the registration link on the RRC Hubli website. People who are currently in training or who have recently completed training should not apply for this RRC Hubli announcement.

RRC SWR Apprentice Eligibility Requirements for 2023:

The following requirements must be met in order to be eligible to apply for an apprenticeship with RRC South Western Railway Hubli:-
Education requirements include passing the 10th grade or its equivalent (under the 10+2 examination system) from a recognized Board with a minimum cumulative grade point average of 50%.
ITI: National Trade Certificate in the Notified Trade from the National Council for Vocational Training OR Provisional Certificate from the NCVT/SCVT (National Council for Vocational Training/State Council for Vocational Training).

Age Restrictions:

As of August 2, 2023, general candidates must be at least 15 years old and not older than 24.
For restricted groups, the upper age restriction may be relaxed as follows: OBC candidates = 3 years
5 years for SC/ST aspirants
10 years for PWD candidates
